Matt brings over 20 years of business operations experience across New Zealand's primary industries, combined with a Masters in Technological Futures researching how SMEs actually adopt AI. Mell brings the creative and communication expertise to make complex concepts accessible to any team, in any sector.
Together, they've trained businesses across Hawke's Bay and New Zealand, from local government to financial services to construction, giving teams the practical skills and strategic confidence to get real value from AI.

Holding a degree in Technology and a Master’s in Emerging Disruptive Technologies focused on AI adoption in New Zealand SMEs, he brings a broad cross-sector background spanning operations, senior management, and the public sector. Matt helps organisations integrate AI in practical, human-centred ways, ensuring each implementation is sustainable, effective, and aligned with long-term strategic goals.
